At Plant Circle, we strive to ensure your greenery arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-living items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that pots and accessories are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our botanists inspect the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
