How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. During winter months, we include heat packs to protect tropical species from cold damage.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 14-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all states within the continental U.S. and select European countries. Please note that international orders may require a phytosanitary certificate.
How do I know which plant is right for my light conditions?
Each product page includes a 'Care Level' and 'Light Requirement' guide. You can also use our website filters to shop specifically for low-light, indirect-light, or bright-light plants.
Are your pots included with the plant purchase?
Plants are shipped in plastic nursery pots to ensure their safety. Decorative ceramic or terracotta pots shown in photos are sold separately unless stated otherwise in the product description.
